The Cedars at the Preserve I consists of 3 blocks and contains 96 lots. The homes in this community will all be built by Shaw Homes, a new home builder in Broken Arrow, OK. Construction began in The Cedars at the Preserve I in 2023, with the first new home built by Shaw Homes in 2023.

The Cedars at the Preserve HOA: Homeowner’s Association dues are currently $0 (as of 12/04/2023). HOA’s dues will increase once the community has been built up to a certain point and the developer decides to begin collecting HOA dues.
