Twin Creeks Phases I-IV consist of 16 blocks, and contains 88 lots. The homes in this community are built by a wide range of custom home builders. The plat map for this first phase of Twin Creeks at Stone Canyon was approved in 2012, and construction of custom homes in Owasso began after that date.

Driving Directions to Twin Creeks at Stone Canyon – Phases I-IV: From Tulsa, head North on 169 and take exit for 66th St. N./76th St. N., turn right at the light onto 76th Street. Drive 5 miles and the road turns sharply right and turns into N. 193rd E. Ave. Drive 1 mile and turn Right on E. 66th St. N. and 1st left on N. Ashwood Lane to enter Twin Creeks Phases I-IV.
Notes: Stone Canyon is a Master Planned community unlike anything else in Owasso, and is home to the stunning Patriot Golf Club. Stone Canyon is an incredible 3,000 acres of land, with 650 acres they have devoted to remain open for common-use areas. Two comparable Master Planned communities are Forest Ridge in Broken Arrow, and Yorktown in Jenks.
