Pine Valley Reserve consists of 4 blocks, and contains 65 lots. The homes in this community will be built by Simmons Homes, a new home builder in Broken Arrow, OK. Construction began in Pine Valley Reserve in 2024.

Notes: New Orleans Square is just over 2 miles away heading East on 101st. The Rose District and all it has to offer is just over 4 miles away (The Rose District). There are 2 Walmart locations within 4 miles, as well as the Warren Theater and Aspen Creek shopping center. Highway 64 is just over 2 miles away, as well as St. Francis Hospital South and Hillcrest Hospital. Wolf Creek Elementary and Oliver Middle School are only 1/2 mile away.
