There are 2 phases of Rush Creek. Rush Creek I consists of 3 blocks, and contains 58 lots. Rush Creek is a community of larger homesites, with the smallest being .75 acres, and the largest being .95 acres. Rush Creek II consists of 3 blocks, and contains 29 lots. The homes in these communities were built by Shaw Homes and other local builders.

Rush Creek HOA: Rush Creek HOA dues are currently $0 (as of 03/22/24). Dues will begin being assessed once the community is further along in construction.
