Driving Directions: Bixby Meadows is located on the East side of S. Harvard Ave. between 151st and 161st Streets. From 151st St., turn South on Harvard and in 1/4 mile take the first left on E. 154th St. S.
Notes: Bixby Meadows is located on the East side of Harvard, 1/4 mile South of 151st Street. Harvard is 3 miles West of Memorial (64). As a new home community, Bixby Meadows gives homebuyers the chance to have a brand new home built on land (1/2 acre+). The location gives you the feeling like you live in the middle of nowhere, when in actuality you’re only 3.25 miles from Memorial, which is the main artery of Bixby and all of South Tulsa. The list of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and more is far too large to list (Costco included!). The homes in Bixby Meadows by Shaw Homes began construction in 2022. One detail that makes this community highly desirable is the fact that outbuilding are allowed (see details here: Covenants). Highway 75 is just over 4 miles to the West, and from there it’s a quick drive to downtown Tulsa and everything it offers!
