Notes: Seven Oaks South is located on the South side of 101st (New Orleans), between Lynn Lane (9th or 177th) and 23rd (197th or County Line Rd.). When it was a new home community in Broken Arrow, homes in Seven Oaks South were predominately built by Shaw Homes. Only a handful of the lots were purchased by other builders. The location gives you the feeling like you live in the country, however it’s extremely conveniently located near an abundance of shopping, schools, and highway access (Creek Turnpike). Only 1.5 miles down 101st (New Orleans) is the newly created New Orleans Square, offering a flourishing shopping experience that the city of Broken Arrow has and is currently focusing on as a destination for people to enjoy. The Rose District in Broken Arrow is conveniently close and is a fantastic asset to the City of Broken Arrow, and continues to grow and evolve as a place to enjoy wonderful restaurants, shops, entertainment, the Farmer’s Market, and so much more!
